In the modern world, many citizens share a concern about criminal behaviors and intent. Criminology introduces students to the study of crime. Demiah, Alexis, and Lexi will look at possible explanations for crime from psychological, biological, and sociological perspectives; explore the categories and social consequences of crime; and investigate how the criminal justice system handles criminals and their misdeeds.
