Some more 1st grade art...

Nothing like music and art to end a great week in 1st grade! Students listened to music as they explored their creativity with watercolors.

Here is our amazing music teacher, Mrs. Jacobs working hard with her sixth graders over the past several weeks learning to play the chimes. Learning to play the chimes also helps students to learn to read music, build memory skills. improve eye-hand coordination, and develop patterns and sequences which also supports the area of mathematics.
