Austin Buchholz and Ryker Craven work together on their Domestication Timeline in Livestock & Poultry I class. This activity included finding the classification, the place and period of time each animal was domesticated by humans, major dates in the history of domestication in the United States, and the key functions of animals by humans for cattle, goats, horses, poultry, swine, and sheep.
6th graders engaged in a coin-flip activity to learn about and use the scientific method.

7th grade history class participated in a lively, discussion about the most important characterization in a civilization!
High school art students were given the task of drawing the negative space around various objects. This project is designed to train the artist’s eye to see how shapes and spaces relate to each other. Students had the option to complete their drawing in pencil, colored pencil, or oil pastel.

Students in Career Explorations are learning about jobs in technology.
JHS Seniors in Life Skills converse with one another as they work on adjectives to describe themselves to convince an employer why they should be the one hired for a job. How you are viewed by others will also determine what is mentioned in your letters of recommendation for employment as well as scholarships.
Students from Personal Finance class learned about the influence of social media on our spending decisions. They looked for ads on social media and tried to identify the tactic that the influencers were using to get their followers to buy the product that they're endorsing.
