As part of a College Public Speaking assignment, sophomore Noah Harens took on the challenge of delivering a demonstrative speech to an audience of at least three! 👏
A demonstrative speech is a type of informative presentation that teaches the audience how to do something or how something works. It involves a step-by-step process, often with visual aids or live demonstrations to make the topic clear and easy to follow.
Way to go, Noah, on building confidence and communication skills! 💪🎙️ #PublicSpeaking
A special thanks to your classmates that volunteered to be your audience!

In the classroom, collaboration is key! Our 3rd graders are engaging with multiplication of teen numbers through pair/share discussions, using base ten blocks for hands-on learning, and decomposing numbers for better understanding. This approach not only enhances mathematical skills but also fosters teamwork and communication.
